I’m back now but no working out for me. Unfortunately, I have to stop my training because I strained my back. I have to take it easy and doing physical therapy and hope to resume my working out in November. Then resume my training in December. For now, I am going to the pool and working at least a minimum of 45 minutes before I’m allow out. More posts to come and stay motivated!

Day 82! A craving for salsa? Don’t buy the pre-made salsa at the store, as they are high in sodium and preservatives. Just make your own with all-natural ingredients. Try this recipe:-1 cup chopped peeled mango -1 cup chopped pineapple-1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper -1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped -3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro -2 green onions, sliced -2 tablespoons lime juice (squeeze it from a REAL lemon)-1 tablespoon lemon juice -1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped -1 habanero, finely chopped-Chilled for at least an hourYou don’t have to have all these ingredients but don’t start adding any preservatives. ENJOY!

Day 80! I can’t believe it…so far into my training and my shins and achilles starting to hurt. But I’m going to have to take it easy for the next couple of weeks. Guess I just have to do more abs in the mean time.
